1) Please Be Active - All participants in this forum must be active members. If you have a reason why you can not be active for a length of time, please pm the admin & explain why you have to leave & if/when you will return. If you are gone for an extended amount of time, you will receive an e-mail asking for clarification. If no response is given and you still have not returned, your character will be reopened but your account will remain active.
2) Mature RP is Not Allowed - While I would love to include this content, this forum board unfortunately does not allow explicit content. I am currently in the process of trying to find either an alternate platform or a means for us to cross link with another platform in order to include this type of RP.
3) No Limit For Characters - I'd like to be able to have different people playing each character so that it doesn't get confusing, but if you want more than one that's completely fine. As long as you can keep each character active. For every 4 main characters you play, however, you must select either a secondary character or create and OC. This keeps the site from being overpopulated with main characters and keeps some of them open for longer.
4) You May Play Your Own Love Interest - This is a recently updated rule. You are not required to play your own romantic partner, but if you wish to you are able.
5) You Have To Send In An Application Before Commencing Your Role Playing - The Admin must read & approve your application for your character before you start role playing. The Admin will change your name for you once your character has been accepted and aid you with any thing else you need assistance with. If you already know how to use Proboards, please feel free to do so yourself (but, of course, let the Admin know so they don't go and try to do it for you).
6) 3 Line Post Minimum - Please don't post one line posts. (When you first start role play you may post what you feel you can, as time goes on & you get used to your character/role playing/the site etc. please start to post more lines) It doesn't give your partner(s) much to work with & it doesn't make for a very interesting read. If you can't think of anything to say, try to go into detail & describe the situation your character is in, their feelings, the setting, ect.
7) Threads Containing More Then Two RPers - If in a thread there are more than two role players at a time please set a posting order and make sure to stick by it or else the thread will get confusing. Communicate with your fellow players.
8) Please Ask The Other Player Before Starting A Ship-Thread - If you are interested in RPing a ship that isn't canon or want to insert it into a thread you're already a part of, please make sure that your RP partner is ok with that before you just go ahead and do it. Some people don't agree on certain ships and that should be respected.
9) No God Modding - This is when someone "plays" a character that is not their own (making another persons character perform actions in your own reply). If you do this you will receive a warning PM and if you continue to do it you will be removed from the site and your character will be re-opened. If said character is not yet being played by someone and is necessary to the story-line you wish to follow, you may use them as an NPC (non-playable character).
10) Message The Admin When You Have A Finished Thread - Let the admin know when you have finished a thread (in the chat box or in a PM) so they can lock the thread from receiving any further posts.
