After arriving at her home, Belle went directly upstairs to her bedroom, leaving Jareth unattended in the living room on the first floor. She simply had to get out of her work clothes. There was book dust all over her sleeves and in all honesty she was completely uncomfortable. She began to undress, her shirt removed first then followed by the rest of her outer clothing. Finding herself standing in the middle of the bedroom with only her undergarments on, she made her way to her closet, opening the double doors and scanning over the clothing that hung there.
She skimmed over many different outfits before finally selecting a simple summer dress and a pair of slippers. She removed both items from the closet, closing the doors again and walking towards the edge of the bed, throwing the dress over her head and securing it on her body before even reaching the bed. One foot at a time, Belle put on the slippers, using the bed frame as a means of keeping herself up right as each foot was lifted off the ground.

Jareth remained in the living room, doing his best not to touch anything. Rumplestiltskin had lived here, meaning that any of the items could be cursed. He didn't want to be turned into a frog, or worse. He twiddled his thumbs and looked over everything in the home, his eyes grazing over the tapestries on the wall.

As Belle finished dressing herself, she began to exit the room, flicking off the light as she entered the hallway and making her way down the stairs. "Jareth?" she called out, trying to judge where he was by the sound of his voice.

"In here." He called out, his eyes focusing on a particularly shifty looking statuette on a table. "Exactly where you left me." He didn't want to tell her that he was absolutely terrified of her thinking he was insane for not touching anything, or moving, or hardly breathing.

Belle followed the sound of his voice and found him literally exactly where she had left him. He hadn't moved an inch, and was examining the room rather carefully. She chuckled a little and moved to stand next to him. "You can move you know." She placed her hand on his shoulder and rubbed it gently, sensing that he was a little uncomfortable. "Are you alright?"

"I don't want to be cursed on accident, just in case your husband has anything from the enchanted forest laying around." He relaxed a little at her gentle touch and he sighed as he turned to face her. "You are certain that nothing is cursed?"

Belle chuckled and placed her other hand on the opposite shoulder, gently shaking him a little and smiling. "I have lived here for a while, if anything was cursed do you really think I would still be here?" She paused momentarily, stepping back and picking up a small object from a side table next to her.
"Besides, Rumple liked to keep anything magical in the shop in town. Everything here is simply ordinary."

Jareth sighed happily and nodded. "Ah, yes of course." He chuckled and nodded once more. "I should have thought of that. I doubt that you would live somewhere where anything could be cursed."

Belle chuckled and placed the object in here hand back down on the side table. She turned back to face Jareth and nodded. "Although, I did live in his castle for a time, but that wasn't my choice." She shook her head and began to walk away.
"Anyway," She motioned around the room during her pause. "This is the living room, obviously." She began to walk through the door way nearest here, then realized that Jareth wasn't following. "Are you coming?"

He blinked. "I am yes." He started moving slowly, his mismatched eyes still tracing over the different knick-knacks and items in the living room.
"Seems cluttered." He murmured. "If I stay here for a time please allow me to organize. At least here there isn't a destructive force called goblins."

Belle chuckled as the entered the kitchen and turned back to face him, stopping just as she reached the counter. "Cluttered?" She looked around, eyeing the many objects that laid about the house.
"I guess I never noticed. I suppose you can tidy up a bit. If it would amuse you." She leaned back again the side of the counter, propping herself up with her hands and sighing.

Jareth smiled and looked around the kitchen, which was decidedly less cluttered. "That would be nice." He murmured. It would give him something to do during the day at least. "The kitchen is lovely." He murmured, eyes tracking over strange things like the coffee maker and the microwave.

Belle looked around and smiled lightly. "I suppose." she said, having no real opinion in the matter. She hadn't decorated this house, nor been invited to decorate. If she had been given her way while Rumple had still been here, she would have made the place seem a lot more homey, not keep it looking like some sort of bachelor pad. Her touch could not be found in this house, and the only real sign that she actually lived her was that her clothing took over the majority of the closet space upstairs. She looked around the kitchen a little more before standing up straight and clapping her hands together once. "The rest of the house is pretty self explanatory." She pointed towards the double doors to her left. "The sun room's through there."
She dropped her hand and used the other one to point to her left. "Bathroom is through that small door over there by the stairs." She began to walk towards the entrance of the house. "And if you'll follow me, I'll show you where you'll be sleeping."

Jareth sighed at her long silence. He could tell that something was on her mind. "You will have to baby proof the house at any rate. This place is not suitable for infants." He looked where she pointed and nodded, committing her words to memory. When she moved towards the entrance of the large house he followed, interested by what was upstairs, now that he had gotten over his fear of the house.

Belle began to climb the stairs, Jareth following closely behind. As her bedroom came into view she pointed through the banister, glancing back at Jareth to ensure he was looking. "That's my room." she said, continuing to climb the stairs. "Yours is at the end of the hall. And you have your own bathroom so you won't have to worry about taking your time."
