Lydia found herself walking through the woods absentmindedly. She'd been doing this a lot since Jackson left town. That and having random sex to distract herself. She hated that, needing someone to help her fill the void that Jackson left.
It would be a lot easier, coping with all this if Allison hadn't just gotten up and left town. She hadn't heard from her all summer. Maybe she was gone for good. What was Lydia going to do if she was?
Lydia seemed like a confident girl on the outside, but on the inside she was scared to be alone just like everyone else. She sighed looking around, clenching her coat around herself. She didn't know why she walked in the woods so much. She hated it. I guess something about the leaves crunching under her feet made her forget about the almost silent whispering in her ears.
Before she knew it she bumped into something, someone, and let out a scream.

This is obviously taking place because Erica did not die. I will never believe that she is dead. Erica has been taking a leisurely stroll through her new found play ground, climbing tree trunks and running faster than wind with every chance she got. She loved the feeling it gave her to be able to break things, run, climb....everything her new abilities gave her was more than she could have ever dreamed of. Finally she was able to do everything and anything that she ever wanted to do. She was strong and beautiful. That meant the world to her.
As she was walking, however, she caught a glimpse of someone else in the woods far off in the distance. As she grew closer, she knew she recognized the slender girl walking among the trees. A sly smile came upon her face as she crept up closer and closer, hoping to catch her off guard. Close enough that she could have been seen, she hid herself behind a nearly tree and waited for Lydia to walk closer.
She heard her footsteps growing nearer and right as Lydia rounded the tree, Erica flew out in front of her, causing their bodies to collide. "Well, well, well." she began, her arms crossing in front of her chest and a sinister grin taking over her blood red lips. "What have we hear? Little Lydia is out in the woods all alone."

After realizing that she collided into Erica, her scream fell short. Of course she ran into a werewolf in the woods, what did she think was going to happen? Then again she hadn't exactly planned on walking into the woods in the first place. Lydia looked Erica up and down. She would never admit it out loud to anyone, but she always admired and was almost jealous of the way Erica looked.
Erica towered over her. Her eyes popping out due to the cascading blonde hair that framed her face in a way that Lydia's red hair never would. Plus, Erica was forever thin and beautiful due to the werewolf bite. Despite this, Lydia rolled her eyes at her words. "What are you doing in the woods Erica?" She looked at her raising her eyebrow. "Looking for some innocent boy to prey on?"

Erica let out a deep laugh, her head tilting slightly backwards the falling to rest evenly between her shoulders again. "Oh I wouldn't be caught dead preying on anyone from this drab little town. They're all so.....scrawny." She placed a look of disgust on her face for a brief moment as the word 'scrawny' left her lips, then took another step towards Lydia. "How about you?" she asked, letting her arms unravel and placing each hand on either side of her hips. "Just returning from a little booty call?"

When Erica said that, Lydia couldnt help but blush and let her thoughts wandera. Wander to a certain boy, who was sarcastic and dorky. She couldnt help but think of Stiles when she mentioned this, despite the fact that she wasnt with Stiles. Because she wanted to be. She could feel her face grow warmer as she thought of his lanky body, and large hands.
Lydia quickly shook the thought out of her head and rolled her eyes at Erica. "Why would I cut through the woods after a booty call? I have a car for that.... And booty calls come o me not the other way around."
Lydia looked down realizing how stupid she sounded. Great.

Erica tilted her head to the side and sucked at her teeth, her mouth letting out a clicking sounds. She chuckled and a sinister grin appeared on her face. "Oh, that's right." she began, shifting her weight from one leg to the other. "I forgot that you're a spoiled little rich girl that gets everything handed to her. My mistake."

Lydia winces at that. She wasnt spoiled. Sure her dad was more leniant with her because he ran off with some blonde bimbo and her mom didnt care. If fact she was the opposite of spoiled.
She rolled her eyes. "Erica, seriously I dont even know why I'm here. I was out for a walk and then somehow ended up here! Despite the fact that my house is 5 miles away!"
She groans as she stepped forward twisting her ankle whilst breaking her heel.

Erica listened as Lydia spoke to her, cocking her head from one side to the other as if to indicate that she couldn't care less about with Lydia was saying. Once the girl ad finished speaking, Erica was just about to deliver a clever retort when Lydia suddenly fell forward towards her. Out of instinct, Erica reached out both her arms and caught Lydia before she hit the ground. She didn't care very much for the girl, but didn't want to give Lydia yet another reason to dislike her. Once she got Lydia back up and stable, she crossed her arms in front of her chest. "You alright?"

Lydia nodded, hiding the inmense amount of pain the felt shoot up her foot. "Yeah, i just twisted my ankle."
She tried to put pressure on it but couldn't because it hurt too much. She was screwed now. 6 miles from home and a bum foot. She hears a howl in the distance and her eyes widen. "Did you hear that?"

"No, my ears are broken." she said, rather sarcastically. Erica looked in the direction of the howl and listened closely, trying to see if she could hear anything else. She let out a sigh of relief and chuckled a bit. "It's just Derek." she said, still helping Lydia to stand.
She hated to admit it, but she felt bad for the girl. She wanted to offer her help, but also didn't want to come off like she liked Lydia in any way. "You need to get out of these woods. You're careless and honestly shouldn't be wearing heals in any areas with dirt. Why do you think you hurt your ankle?" Erica took some of Lydia's pain, hoping that it would be enough to get her to walk on her own.

Lydia sighed when Erica said it was Derek who howled. She would have hated to have been stuck in those woods, especially considering Erica probably would've left her stranded.
"As i told you Erica, I don't even remember how I ended up here." She tried to put weight on the foot but winced. It wasn't broken, but she definitely hurt it. "And yeah, my ankle is hurt ok? Sorry for being a hastle."
She unconsciously leaned her weight into Erica because she couldn't really walk. But she had to get home. She couldn't stay in these woods any longer.

Erica sighed as Lydia leaned further into her, rolling her eyes a bit and re-positioning her arms around Lydia's floppy body. "Alright," she said, carefully lifting Lydia off the ground and letting out a soft grunt. She tossed Lydia over her shoulder and assured that she was properly situated before beginning to walk. "I'm going to take you home now, and you're going to nurse that ankle. I don't need Derek screaming at me for leaving you out here with an injury."

Lydia's eyes widened when Erica picked her up. She almost shrieked. She felt kind of uncomfortable, but wasn't about to start complaining. Erica was literally carrying her home.
When Erica said the comment about Derek, Lydia was confused. Why would Derek care if Lydia hurt herself, much less if Erica left her in the woods alone. "Why would Derek scream at you?"
Lydia looked down at the ground as Erica carried her and smiled. "By the way, I love your boots."

Erica shook her head and shifted Lydia's body on her shoulder, re-positioning her hands so she could hold her better. "He's just always on me about something. Nothing is ever good enough. I'm never strong enough or smart enough. I just know that if I left you out here and something happened I would get blamed somehow. Probably because of Scott and his whiny mouth." She began to walk faster now. Lydia was getting heavy. She glanced down at her own feet when Lydia mentioned her boots and chuckled slightly. "You have a sprained ankle and are being carried through a forest, and your first observation is that you like my boots?"

Lydia frowned at Erica's comment. The probability was that Erica was getting bagged on my Derek because she was the only girl in the pack. That shouldn't be a reason but it was. And because she was a female she had to work twice as hard to do anything right.
Lydia understood that. She was a genius but she would never openly admit that to anyone. She knew that because she was a girl, if she was seen as smart or a nerd she'd loose all other kinds of credibility it had taken her years to gain. So Lydia shrugged. "What? They are cute. And besides the ground is the only thing I can look at in this position..."
